Iuzzini paired a dessert tasting heavy on chocolate and smokey flavors like charred mandarin ice cream with the spirit. It was a fitting mission for a man who loves cocktails so much he admits to being "a puker." In our revealing questionnaire, Iuzzini also fantasizes about fast motorcycles and working with metal, but don't get too dreamy-eyed this Valentine's Day. He craves his girlfriend too.
