Forget all other craft beer-themed events you’ve attended. They’ve just been a way to bide your time until the pour of pours, the big kahuna: Good Beer at BAM.
Presented by Edible Brooklyn and Edible Manhattan magazines, the event will feature 30 local breweries and purveyors, including Beer Table, Southampton Publick House, The Good Fork, and Blue Point Brewery, and samples of artisanal brews a go-go paired with delectable bites like Clothbound Cabot Cheddar and Widow’s Hole oysters from Greenport. Your beery, boozy chaser: “Dark Philosophy,” a 61 percent chocolate ice cream with cherries created by Bent Spoon. (You don’t have anywhere to be on Thursday morning, right?)
