Dollar Store Candy Reaches New Low for Halloween

We know you'll be out this weekend shopping for a suitable Halloween costume, something not from American Apparel because you already did that last year. But so often in the heat of getting geared-up for the Village Halloween parade, revelers forget the most important part of Halloween celebrations: throwing candy.

Instead of grabbing some last-minute mini butterfingers for sustenance on the parade route, we suggest checking out the candy aisle at your nearest dollar store. It's there that we discovered the "Zit Popper" and "Box of Boogers" candies, thereby introducing a new level of gross to the world of novelty food. We actually sprung for a box of the zits, but we're waiting to unleash them at the parade. Get 'em while they're fresh!
