Actor-comedian Katt Williams is under psychiatric care in South Carolina after behaving rather strangely in a motel lobby on Friday. It was all caught on surveillance tape.
Williams tried to check in to the Mount Vernon Inn in Sumter wearing a bathrobe and a towel on his head.
The clerk said the 35-year-old star started to lose his composure and began squatting near the doorway. He left and went to an attorney’s office for help.
Williams did not show up for his November 4 appearance on Conan O’Brien.
Police later arrested him on a weapons charge.
