In fact, Atlantic Book Shop is not exactly new. It was once Manhattan's 12th Street Books, a used and rare bookshop in the Village, that has now moved to 179 Atlantic Avenue at Clinton Street. Vanishing New York got inside and snapped a photo, and says it is a successful, quite glorious rebirth. Racked also ran a small post about it.
