Chocolatier Jacques Torres expanded his Dumbo empire this past weekend with the opening of his new ice cream parlor at 62 Water Street. The new shop features more than a dozen flavors of ice cream and a handful of sorbets. The two customers who were there when we stopped by yesterday both offered up rave reviews of the product.
