656 5th Avenue will be home to Under Minerva, a gallery and events space in the South Slope/Greenwood Heights vicinity. Part of the space will be available as studios known as the Artists' Den. Here's a description from their Web site: "The Gallery will have revolving, curated shows and featured works from our artists in the Artists' Den. In the evenings, we are hosting live performance events such as music, dance, theater, readings, and more. We are also offering 'Wellness and Creativity Classes' to the community." GMAP
