Now that some old asbestos-filled Redbirds are being used as makeshift reefs in the Atlantic ocean, there's room for a new train in town. Control Geek spotted the shiny new cars at the 15th Street/Prospect Park West station this weekend. F train riders will now be treated to the automated announcements and periwinkle blue seats that L train-ers have become accustomed to.
