This four-story brownstone at 385 Grand Avenue was on the market with Corcoran for a few months days last year at $1,795,000. A For Sale sign recently popped up in the front yard and, though there's no web presence as far as we can tell, a reader called and was told the asking price was $1,200,000; the broker, Emerson Atkins, is reachable at 718-599-0587. The photos from the old Corcoran listing (taken down at Corcoran's request but still viewable on StreetEasy) show quite a beautiful interior. We're clearly biased since we own a similar house on the block, but if the entire house is in as good shape as the old photos suggest, $1,200,000 sounds like a pretty good price.
