When the long-neglected building at 18-20 Jackson Place in the South Slope finally collapsed in the summer of 2007, there was no reason, given the design quality of the buildings being slapped up in the area, to expect much from whatever was bound to replace it. In at least this sense, then, BK Developers has met expectations. While not as idiotically quirky as some of their other creations, this five-unit structure is just kinda blah. Then, again, neither of its neighbors is particularly distinguished looking either.
