Here's a small ray of light. The conversion of 185 Huntington Street in Carroll Gardens won't be completed for another several weeks and already two out of the five floor-through units are in contract. Why? We've heard the finishes are very nice and, because of the rear addition, the layouts are much more generous than your typical townhouse condos. The remaining units are $795,000, $695,000 and $675,000. Anyone checked these places out?
