We've always loved the exterior of 1 Tiffany Place, a five-story former warehouse that was converted to 70 condo units in, we believe, 1987. As for this particular unit, a two-bedroom, two-bath place currently asking $880,000, the look and feel is a little too "new traditional" for us, but it's clearly a well-renovated and cared for apartment. The price also looks in line with what other similarly-sized (1,095 1,195 square feet) apartments in the building have sold for. Does it sound reasonable to you?
