We got to visit an apartment near the top of 75 Livingston Street in Brooklyn Heights last year and, man, the views are killer. So this new listing in the 32-story building naturally grabbed our attention. It's a 2,700-square-foot penthouse apartment. The asking price of $1,995,000 isn't so bad on a per-square-foot basis but the monthly maintenance of $3,532 is pretty painful. And maybe it's just the photos, but the ceilings feel low as well. We shall see. There's currently another apartment in the building for rent right now—a $3,300-a-month one-bedroom.
