Forty-one units are in contract (sorry, that $4.4 million four-bedroom's gone), and 23 have sold since January, 2007; the last one was on September 19th, a $940,000 one-bedroom on the fourth floor. Not exactly flying off the shelves, but developers are hanging tough: no price reductions have been issued. In fact, prices have increased in four units.
