The 23-unit new development at 14 Hope Street known as 14 Hope came on the market last November and so far none of the first seven apartments to be released have sold; nor have there been any price cuts, which is a little strange at this point given the competition from higher-profile, better-located projects like Northside Piers and 80 Met. This place looks perfectly nice and all but we can't see how they're going to sell a 1,256-square-foot pad for almost a million bucks in this environment.
