Getting tired of hearing about the battle over the Enrique Norten-designed project on Carroll Street? You're in luck: At its hearing on the matter yesterday the BSA postponed its decision on the developer's request for a variance and will hold another hearing September 15th. Johnny Werbe, one of the 13 residents who showed up at hearing yesterday, had the following to say: "They postponed their decision to give the developers more time to present a more persuasive case... [The BSA] kept raising the objection that the basis for their hardship claims had really not much to do with the building they are currently constructing." Score one for the pissed off neighbors? We'll have to wait til September to find out!
