Loretta Brennan Glucksman, a long-time education advocate and early supporter of the Irish peace process, will be Grand Marshal of the 257th annual New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade when it steps off on Saturday.

Irish Prime Minister Leo Vandakar, Gov. Cuomo, Mayor de Blasio and other elected officials plan to march in the Fifth Avenue parade as it stretches from 44th Street to 79th Street, starting at 11 a.m.

The parade is dedicated to Catholic Education and to the 20th anniversary of the Good Friday Accords, which brought peace to Ireland, organizers say.

NBC 4 New York will stream the parade live online; it will also air on NBC as part of a special broadcast. The parade will end about 6 p.m. The full Line of March, listing all units in the parade, their assembly points and approximate marching times, is available here.
