Ivanka Trump is slowly creating a little fashion empire that may one day rival that of her father's. She started with jewelry, and now it seems she's moving on to footwear.
WWD reports that the Trump heiress just signed a deal with Marc Fisher Footwear to create a new line of shoes. In addition to being impressed by her style, it seems Fisher was most impressed by her steadfast focus on her career. "She has substance, a successful career, and a fashionable life that is appealing to all women," he told WWD.
Beyond the footwear deal, it sounds like Trump is put her stamp on other areas of fashion, including clothing and accessories (read: handbags). The 28-year-old already has her own jewelry line (and a brick-and-mortar flagship on Madison Avenue to boot), and between that and the success of her high-profile (specially commissioned) wedding dress, we see her expanding herself into the style arena in a big way.
