What to Eat at Hachi, Now Serving Pan-Asian Off Lorimer

Williamsburg folks near the Lorimer stop have a new pan-Asian option in Hachi Asian Bistro, which opened last week. The space has
, Asian prints on cement walls otherwise left unfinished, and two chandeliers built from dark-colored glass bottles. One owner is Eric Ong, of
in Park Slope, and specialty rolls like the bullet — shrimp tempura with avocado and spicy garlic-chile sauce — share space on
with a mix of curry, noodle, and sauté dishes, plus some oddities like a sushi pizza and King Crab fajitas. Hours are Monday through Friday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and weekends from noon to 11 p.m. A full liquor license kicks in next week.
