    Pandora's Box: A dysfunctional Istanbul family has to figure out how to care for its ailing matriarch in a thoughtful cross-generational dramedy that's ultimately a lot more uplifting than it sounds. Pandora's Box - directed by Journey to the Sun's Yesim Ustaoglu -- keeps winning awards. You should see it. 5:30PM, AMC Village VII

    The Big Time to the Big Screen: 30 Years of Sports Filmmaking: In honor of ESPN's 30th anniversary, the network's project 30 For 30 taps big-name directors to point their docu-lens at 30 of the most remarkable sports stories from 1979 to 2009. At this panel, some of these filmmakers - from Barry Levinson to Albert Maysles - discuss the project. It's also a nice tie-in with one of the Festival's most anticipated screenings, Spike Lee's Kobe Doin' Work, about basketball's Kobe Bryant. 5PM, SVA Theater
