Seven people were injured, including three firefighters, when a fire broke out Saturday in a Brooklyn apartment building, officials said.

Authorities said the fire started around 11 a.m. on the sixth floor of 772 Henry Street, which is in the Red Hook projects, and was put out shortly before noon.

No one suffered life-threatening injuries, but two residents were in serious condition, according to the Fire Department. Two other residents and three firefighters had minor injuries.

It was unclear what sparked the blaze.
