SWAT teams in Newark are responding to a report of an armed man barricaded inside a house, authorities say.
Newark police are on the 100 block of South 7th Street after an officer heard gunshots fired in the area and saw a suspect running into a home.
Police say one victim has been located, possibly in a domestic violence incident, but no one was shot.
