An NYPD officer has been accused of patronizing a prostitute while on duty.
Police say 37-year-old Luis Gutierrez was charged on Thursday with patronizing a prostitute, official misconduct and conspiracy. Gutierrez works as a police officer in Astoria, Queens.
No information on an attorney was available.
