A Brooklyn man was arrested after police say he pretended to point a gun at two police officers.
Police say 32-year-old Unique Johnson was arrested on menacing a police officer, harassment and other charges. The incident happened late Tuesday at 125th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan.
Police say Johnson was driving an SUV with several co-workers when he pulled up slightly behind a marked police car stopped at a traffic light. They say he then took out his cellphone and pointed it like a gun at the officers.
The officers spotted him and pulled him over. Police say Johnson told them he was demonstrating to his friends "how easy it would be to shoot a police officer.''
It wasn't clear if Johnson had a lawyer.
