Police are searching for the man seen in surveillance video pulling a gun on a Queens gas station employee.
The suspect went into the Middle Village gas station on Cooper Avenue last month and asked for a sports drink. When a 58-year-old employee reached for a Gatorade, the man took out a gun and demanded cash.
Video shows the employee turning to a cooler as the suspect comes up from behind him pointing a gun. He then pushes him against a counter.
The employee handed over $1,000 in cash.
Police said the suspect is believed to be in his 40s.
The NYPD asks anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
