A Brooklyn teen walked to a police precinct Monday afternoon after being shot in the stomach at a nearby public housing complex, and then died, according to the NYPD.

Laquan Nelson, 16, was shot in a walkway between two buildings at Lafayette Gardens in Cobble Hill before walking across the street to the precinct, police say.

Officers saw the teen outside, and Nelson was taken to Brooklyn Hospital. He was pronounced dead on arrival.

No arrests have been made, and police continue to investigate the shooting.
