Dog Rides NJ Transit Train for 8 Hours

A New Jersey animal group is trying to reunite a dog with its owners after it rode an NJ Transit train for more than eight hours.

The Reformers - Advocates for Animal Shelter Change said that the dog, fittingly named Hobo, was spotted several times riding a train that went between Mooresville, Pennsylvania, and New York Penn Station on Sept. 8 before being scooped up and taken to a shelter in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

The group said Hobo appears to have ridden the train all day but there were no signs of his owners.

Anyone who recognizes Hobo or knows his owner should call the Husky House at 908-672-7998.
