Long Island Dentist Charged With Practicing Drunk

A Long Island dentist is charged with conducting a dental procedure on a patient while under the influence of alcohol.

Suffolk County police say 57-year-old Robert Garelick was charged with reckless endangerment.
 
Police responded to his Lindenhurst office on Monday afternoon after receiving a complaint about a dentist who appeared to be intoxicated.
 
Information about Garelick's lawyer wasn't immediately available.
