Brooklyn Teen Fatally Shot in Head

A shooting victim has been identified as an 18-year-old Brooklyn resident.
Police say Dennis Hamer was found with a head wound Wednesday in Canarsie. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
