Police say a 76-year-old man shot and killed his ex-wife on a Brooklyn street and rode away on a girl's bicycle.

Dimitry Kamenev, 76, of Brooklyn, was arrested Tuesday on charges of murder and criminal use of a firearm in connection with the shooting of his ex-wife, Alla Kamenev, 65.

The couple had been separated for a number of years, according to sources.

Alla Kamenev was shot several times just before noon in the area of West Second and Sea Breeze avenues on Thursday, according to police.

Responding officers found Alla Kamenev lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to her torso.

Alla Kamenev was taken to Coney Island Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Police said afterward the suspect was seen on video riding a girl's bicycle with a red basket moments before the killing.

Witnesses Tuesday identified Dimitry Kamenev as the suspect, police said.

A motive was not immediately apparent.
