Authorities are investigating the death of a 3-month-old boy in the Bronx.
Police responded to a 911 call about an unconscious baby at a home on Metropolitan Avenue in Parkchester shortly before 4 a.m. Wednesday.
They found the infant, identified as Jernard Moore, unconscious. The boy was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma.
The medical examiner will determine how Moore died. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
