A 3-year-old who was missing for 5 hours and had last been seen on a subway car in Brooklyn has been found in Newark, according to officials.

Police say another adult riding with Kah-yon Reynolds returned him safely to his Newark home.

Reynolds and his grandfather were riding the F train in Brooklyn when the grandfather fell asleep, according to authorities.

The child had last been seen at around 5:30 p.m. on the train near the Smith and 9th Street stop in Gowanus. When the grandfather woke up in Queens, the boy was missing.

Police had been frantically searching for Kah-yon for several hours after his grandfather reported him missing.

Authorities said the toddler was in good health as of around 10:30 p.m.
