Heidi Klum's a supermodel, supermom and apparently a superhero, too.

Yes, the multitalented "Project Runway" host is a bona fide lifesaver. During a recent trip to Hawaii, the 39-year-old blond beauty rescued her and Seal's 7-year-old son, Henry, from a very strong current in the Pacific.

"We were pulled into the ocean by a big wave," Heidi tells E! News in a statement. "Like any mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water. Thankfully Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land and we were able to get everyone out safely."
