Our memories of fall 2009 are forever tinged a minty-green hue due to all the Chanel "Jade" manicures flitting about NYC. This year, we have three new "it" nail polishes to look forward to, each debuting at Chanel's Spring Street "nail bar" on Fashion's Night Out.
Created exclusively for the event by Global Creative Director, Peter Phillips, the trio of on-trend shades are all preppy khakis, with subtle variations in "rose, brun, et vert." We couldn't have asked for better colors to go with all the yupster trends of the season like cuffed chinos, short pleated skirts, cropped sweaters, etc, and plan to pair the earthy hues with classic khaki trench coats and—of course—all things camel-colored.
