    Raspberry Lemonade Spritzer
    (serves 6-8 cocktails)

    1 lemon, sliced 
    1/2 cup of raspberries
    1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
    1L bottle of seltzer (lime- or lemon-flavored encouraged!)
    12-15 ounces of vodka
    Approx. 20 ounces of lemonade
    Optional
    Infuser Pitcher (like this one) - perfect for this drink!
    Cut lemons and strawberries into slices. Pack all fruit, including fresh raspberries, tightly into your pitcher's infuser insert (preferred, or you can mash at the bottom of your pitcher). Pour vodka and seltzer in pitcher. Then top off with lemonade. Serve on the rocks and enjoy!
    Spinach Artichoke Dip
    1/2 bag (about 5oz) of frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (8oz) can of artichoke hearts (quartered, preferred)
    2-3 tbsp mayonaise
    1/2 cup of shaved parmesan cheese
    1/2 tbsp of crushed garlic
    salt, pepper, red pepper flakes mixed in, to your liking
    bread crumbs sprinkled on top to you liking
    1 bag of pita chips
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take frozen spinach and thaw out. Roughly chop the spinach and then the artichoke hearts and place into a bowl. In that same bowl, add mayo, cheese, garlic, and spices, and then mix to blend ingredients equally. Place contents of bowl in an oven-safe dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle bread crumbs lightly on top and place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and serve with chips.
