Live reports from the charming streets of the west village and the thoroughfare that is 5th Avenue in Brooklyn: The people, they be shopping. Granted, they aren't lining up outside the stores or anything (I'm not sure if anyone woke up at 5AM to make it to Walmart—frankly, the though makes us shudder), but hopefully this holiday shopping weekend will be more green than black, if you know what we mean. If you're out and about today, here are some more ideas.

H&M stores opened at 6AM this morning (6AM! Can you imagine?!) to offer the early birds 20 percent off. While you may not be able to get that deal anymore, everything at their 34th street location will be buy one, get one free from 11PM-3AM, if you feel like a little drunk shopping.

La Perla's epic sale ends today (Friday), so stop in for your last change at up to 75 percent off lacey underthings from bras to nighties. Come on, there's New Year's Eve to consider.
