East Harlem Gentrification Watch: Dealers Losing Seating

To catch you up on the week's East Harlem events, first blogger Jeremiah Moss took a trip to the 'hood and marveled at its character, even though a broker told him it was only now "finally becoming residential." Then the Post unleashed a feature story about all those glitzy new boutique condo buildings that are causing the transformation. Now, Jeremiah strikes back with the above photo, writing, "here's some dissuasion for investors--detailed signage found smack in the middle of all those bright and shiny condos." Point made. We will not be sitting in front of this person's window.
