    What you're drinking: Nine different Bavarian wheat beers selected by Gerlach himself -- each with its own story, of course -- from brewers like Reutberger and Hopf

    Paired with: Four courses of deliciousness from LES eatery Little Giant, designed to perfectly complement your bier.
