A woman was stabbed to death Monday in what police said was believed to be the first homicide of the year in New York City.
A 26-year-old woman was stabbed several times in Ozone Park, Queens, the NYPD said. She was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 1 p.m.
No one has been arrested.
