1. Burger Joint (119 West 56th St., New York, NY 10019)
If you’re out late in Midtown and craving a burger, Burger Joint is must. Hidden behind a curtained hallway in the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in Midtown is the Burger Joint.
Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant is known by some as one of the best places to get a burger in town.
The restaurant opened in 2002. Since then, many other locations have opened around the world, but the original is in the heart of Manhattan.
The menu consists of few items: burgers, cole slaw and beer. Try it with the works or pick and choose your toppings.

2. Empellon Al Pastor (132 St. Marks Pl., New York, NY 10009)
Empellon Al Pastor in the East Village is one of three restaurants in NYC opened by Chef Alex Stupak. Part bar, part taqueria, the menu focuses on Al Pastor style tacos.
The bar has more tequila and mezcal then a person new they actually needed, with fun, spicy takes on well-crafted cocktails.
The space is covered in street art and split into a bar and grab-and-go food area.

3. Pies'n'Thighs (166 S 4th St., Brooklyn, NY 11211)
Started in 2006, Pies'n'Thighs is the place to go when you’re craving homestyle comfort food. Located in Williamsburg just by the bridge, the spot specializes in fried chicken and baked goods.
Pies ‘n’ Thighs is open until midnight and has been awarded Best Donut in New York by New York and Best Biscuits in New York by the New York Daily News.
Stop in and try a chicken biscuit, a fried cutlet bathed in hot sauce on top of a buttery biscuit and grab a butter pecan crunch donut for dessert.
4. Clover Club (210 Smith St., Brooklyn, NY 11201)
Clover Club in Brooklyn is the place for craft cocktails and late night bites.
With an extensive cocktail list, the drink menu is divided into different categories, including royales, off season tiki, sours and fizzes and others.
Open until 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, Clover Club is only one of a few places to get a late night bite when you need it most.
