Authorities are searching for a man accused of sexually abusing a woman in a Manhattan elevator.
The man followed the 23-year-old woman into a Washington Heights elevator at a building near Saint Nicholas Avenue and Amsterdam Avenue around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, police said.
The elevator stopped at the sixth floor and as the man was leaving, he held the doors open and threw bodily fluids at the woman, police said. The man then left the scene.
The suspect was described as man with black hair between 25 and 30 years old, 5’8”, and 150 pounds, police said. He was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes.
