Police found the victims -- ages 18, 19 and 20 -- bleeding on the street at about 11:30 p.m. The victims told authorities their assailants jumped out of a minivan and attacked them, according to the Star-Ledger.
The 18-year-old had three superficial stab wounds to his chest and back, while the 19-year-old had a stab wound to his left side and the 20-year-old had two stab wounds to his left shoulder and back, police said.
They were taken to the hospital for treatment and all are expected to survive.
The victims said they didn't know their assailants and couldn't identify them.
