A 13-year-old boy was stabbed by a teenage girl during a dispute inside a Brooklyn subway station Wednesday evening, police say.
The boy was onboard a Manhattan-bound C train approaching the Ralph Avenue subway station, near Fulton Street, at about 6 p.m. in Bedford-Stuyvesant, when he and the girl got into an argument.
As the train cars opened at the station, the girl allegedly took a knife out of her bag and stabbed the boy once in his stomach or chest.
The victim and the alleged stabber knew each other, according to police.
The boy was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.
Police are looking for the girl, thought to be between 14 and 16 years old.
Anyone with information on the stabbing should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
