A school bus driver was injured Monday after his bus hit the back of another vehicle and he got into a fight with that driver, officials said.
The driver was on Anthony Avenue at Echo Avenue in the Bronx at about 11:30 a.m. when his bus hit the other car, according to the Department of Education.
The bus was carrying two students, who were not injured.
The 65-year-old bus driver got out of the bus to see what happened, and a fight followed. The bus driver was taken to the hospital with injuries.
The other motorist fled the scene, police said. He was later arrested.
