PATH Service has resumed this morning on all lines with a few residual delays after a full system outage just ahead of the busy rush hour.
Commuters were urged to take NJ Transit, which is cross-honoring tickets. On the NY Waterway, the ferry was full before 7 a.m. as commuters looked for alternate routes to work.
