Mild weather, which has kept the tri-state area cool most of the weekend, will continue Sunday, with highs struggling to reach the low 60s and a frost advisory for some New York City suburbs, including interior New Jersey, and Fairfield, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange and Suffolk counties.

It will be sunny most of the day Sunday, with a few showers possible later in the day or during the evening. Storm Team 4 says to keep a light jacket handy, as it will remain breezy.

Temperatures will drop into the 40s in New York City on Sunday night and could dive into the 30s in the suburbs.

More clouds will develop in the skies on Monday and a few showers are possible later in the day. Highs will be in the low 60s.

Spring weather will kick in full gear on Tuesday and Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and warmer weather. Temperatures should reach the mid 60s on Tuesday and will jump to the low 70s on Wednesday, Storm Team 4 says.

The sun will stick around for the rest of the week, with clouds creeping up here and there. A shower is possible on Thursday, when temperatures will dip into the low 60s.

Friday and Saturday will be pleasant and temperatures are forecast to be in the mid to upper 60s.
