A 73-year-old man was struck and killed by a coach bus on Manhattan's west side Saturday night, police said.
The man was hit shortly before 10 p.m. at 34th Street and 10th Avenue, the NYPD said.
Police said the man, who was intoxicated, was walking across the street when the empty charter bus hit him.
The driver, who didn't realize he'd hit anyone, was found a few blocks away and brought back to the scene, according to police.
The incident is being considered an accident, police said.
