Flooding Forces Evacuations in Upstate New York

No injuries were reported

Heavy rains caused flooding and forced evacuations in parts of upstate New York's Sullivan County Sunday evening, officials said.

Residents of some of the summer bungalows in the Village of Woodridge had to be evacuated, and streets were closed after they were filled with water from nearby streams that had overflowed. The village's park was also submerged.

Woodridge's mayor said no injuries had been reported.
