A baby was found dead in a home in Far Rockaway on Saturday, authorities said.
Police responded to a 911 call at home in Falcon Avenue Saturday morning and found a 3-month old boy unconscious, police said. The baby was taken to St. John's Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The baby was identified as Ziare Reefe. The family has been notified.
The investigation is ongoing and a medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine how he died.
There have been no arrests.
