A water main break in lower Manhattan is causing traffic and subway disruptions.
The water main break occurred around 12:20 p.m. Monday, and is causing hour-long delays on the outbound Holland Tunnel. The water main break suspended service on the several subway lines earlier today, but they are all running on time again.
